Due to the custom nature of the items we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you receive a wrong or faulty item. In this case, please contact us with photographic evidence of the issue within 10 business days following the reception of your order. Ship the items back to us within 10 business days from the day of our written consent. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Refunds may be issued in form of money or a replacement product.
